• Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our numbered tiles, merge animation concepts, or codebases without explicit written permission.
• The TileMerge Lab brand name and associated logos are protected trademarks.
• Any community-submitted ideas or gameplay suggestions become the property of TileMerge Lab to freely implement in the game roadmap.

As TileMerge Lab actively develops and refines its 2048 puzzle mechanics, users participating in beta testing acknowledge that gameplay experiences may be subject to bugs, interruptions, or unannounced changes.

During testing phases, player progress, high scores, and tile unlock states may be periodically reset to ensure a stable testing environment. We are not liable for any loss of digital progress during these developmental stages.
